Types of data and purpose of processing
Registering
The Data Controller will process the personal data provided by the data subject (including fiscal and economic data) necessary for the provision of the services requested, and required to fulfil accounting and administrative obligations.
Newsletter
The data subject’s personal data and e-mail address will be inserted in a contacts database that is used to communicate with Users. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time, via the dedicated section.
Contacts and contractual relationships
Data provided by Users will be processed in order to satisfy Users’ requests/queries, for the correct execution of the necessary administrative, accounting, fiscal and commercial processes, and for the provision of the requested services, as well as for any activities required by law, and in any case strictly relating to the stated aims.
Processing method
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in article 4, number 2 of the GDPR. Processing will be carried out manually in accordance with company procedures, by electronic means, and in compliance with the security measures set forth in article 32 of the GDPR 2016/679. Processing will be carried out by authorized parties, in compliance with the provisions of article 29 of the GDPR.
Your personal data is subjected to the above processing in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, in accordance with article 5 of the GDPR.
Legal basis of data processing
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the GDPR, for purposes exclusively related to the provision of the services requested,allowing for the correct performance of the administrative, accounting, tax and commercial obligations required by law. The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. The data subject shall also have the right to raise a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
Place of processing
Processing operations related to the collected data take place at the headquarters of the Data Controller, or at the locations of specific entities chosen by the Data Controller.
Retention period
The data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, within the maximum terms permitted by law.
Scope of communication and dissemination
Your personal data will not be made indiscriminately available to third parties. Your data may, however, be made available by us to one or more specific entities, in particular to public and private entities in accordance with the provisions of the law or the applicable regulations, or for the previously stated purposes. Personal data may be made available to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as Data Processors or Data Controllers in their own right.
Transfer of personal data
Any transfer of your personal data within EU Member States or other States will take place in compliance with the provisions of Article 44 and in accordance with other articles of the GDPR.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject is granted the rights referred to in article 15 and throughout the GDPR, within the limits of the provisions of article 2-11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and article 2 of the 10 August 2018 n. 101 Legislative Decree.
